Gas Sensors Fabricated using Carbon Powder Derived from Dried Banana Peels Waste to detect Methanol, Ethanol, Acetone Vapors and Carbon Dioxide Gas
Abstract: Low cost and environmentally friendly activated carbon powder was synthesized using waste banana peels. Phosphoric acid was utilized as activation agent. Doctor blade method was employed to fabricate films of activated carbon on conductive or nonconductive glass substrates. Films were subsequently annealed at 70 0C for 30 minutes in air. According to XRD patterns, single phase of activated carbon was crystallized in thin film form. Carbon prepared from banana peels …

Visualizing Complexity: Navigating Algorithms with Algorithm Visualizer
Abstract: We think that studying algorithms may be amusing and exciting. Many students are currently struggling, but we hope to change that. Our strategy is to emulate gaming while learning. We're building hands-on learning exercises, such as mazes and patterns, to convey key concept. To help students understand how algorithms function in practice, we also use some stunning visualizations. Three major categories of algorithms are under our purview: sorting, pathfinding, CPU …

A Comparative Study of Zinc Oxide Nano Particles Synthesized by Hydrothermal, Sol-gel and Thermal Decomposition
Abstract: In the proposed work, Zinc oxide nano particles (ZnO NP's) are synthesized using three different methods: Hydrothermal, Sol-gel and Thermal decomposition. The samples are characterized using X- ray diffraction (XRD), UV visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The XRD pattern exhibit single-phase polycrystalline nature of all the samples exhibiting the most intense peak at (101). The diffraction peaks are located at 31.80, 34.46, …

Recognition of Thyroid Nodules Using Hierarchical Temporal Awareness Networking Scanning
Abstract: Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS), a preferred imaging technique for thyroid nodule diagnosis, is able to reveal the vascular distribution within a thyroid nodule right away. With the aim of mining pathologically-related enhancing dynamics and creating predictions in one step without taking into account a native diagnostic dependency, a number of learning-based algorithms have recently been created. In clinics, separating benign from malignant nodules is always done before identifying pathological types. In …

Animal/Object Recognition and Monitoring
Abstract: This study focuses on teaching a computer to identify leopards in images through a process called Object Detection and Image Recognition. We created a special set of pictures (dataset) containing thousands of leopard images. Using a small camera module called ESP32 CAM, we trained the computer to recognize leopards by comparing the images it captures with the ones in the dataset. The results were obtained using a Convolutional Neural Network …
