Synthesis and Study of Photoluminescence properties of Sm3+ activated 7TiO2 + 3Al2O3 + (60-x)B2 O3 +xY+ 5LiCO3 +25SrCO3 Borate Glass for SSL Applications
Abstract: Melt quenching was used to successfully create the raddish orange light-emitting Sm3+activated 7TiO2 + 3Al2O3+ (60-x) B2O3+xY+ 5LiCO3+25SrCO3 (X=0.001, 0.002, 0.005, 0.01 and 0.02, Y=Sm3+) borate glass. XRD examination confirmed the phase of the prepared Un-doped and Doped 7TiO2 + 3Al2O3+ (60-x) B2O3+xY+ 5LiCO3+25SrCO3 glass. Abstract: The CdS/CdTe quantum dots (QDs), with altered concentrations of CdS, were synthesized using straightforward precursors through an environmentally friendly green method.
