Gait Based Person Identification Using Kohonen Self-Organizing Mapping Technique
Abstract: Though gait recognition system has some special security features, it has some limitations like viewing angle variation, slow or fast walk and carrying a bag etc. This paper has an advantage of removing these limitations by using gait energy image with Kohonen self-organizing mapping technique. This model proposes the method that is developed by Partial least square (PLS) used for features selection and singular value decomposition (SVD) used for dimensionality …

An Improvement of Voltage Stability by Generator Bus Rescheduling
Abstract: This paper focuses on assessment and improvement of voltage stability by Georgeoschrin’s theorem using new evolutionary TLBO and PSO algorithm. In today’s environment, voltage stability maintained without sacrificing the power system parameters is really a herculean task. Generally, eigen value of reduced Jacobian matrix or Jacobian matrix of N-R base load flow analysis is well thought-out as voltage stability indices for weak bus identification. Here, the diagonal elements reduced Jacobian …

Aquaculture Advancements Through Bioactive Molecules
Abstract: A wide range of seafood species – including fish, shellfish, squid, and bivalves – generate by-products that are often discarded as waste. However, these by-products hold great potential for developing innovative functional food products. Because there is limited opportunity to recycle natural resources, the loss of profit may be accompanied by the loss of ecological sustainability, given that the “wastes” of industrial processing can account for up to 75% of …

Impact of Food Delivery Applications on Traditional Dining Behavior: A Consumer Behavior Analysis
Abstract: The lack of clear guidance for responsible food service companies to reduce their environmental footprint means that efforts taken by restaurants may not have the intended environmental impact. As a result, Green Seal conducted his LCA study of restaurants and foodservice establishments to define environmental priorities. Every year, almost 34 million tons of food waste are dumped in landfills in India. When this food waste decomposes, methane gas is generated, …

Land Use and Land Cover Change: A Comprehensive Review of Environmental Implications
Abstract: Changes in land use and cover have a substantial impact on environmental dynamics and sustainability. These changes arise from various human activities, including urbanization, agriculture, and forestry, and have profound implications for biodiversity, ecosystem services, and land health. As urban areas expand, often at the expense of agricultural and forested landscapes, the transformation of land use alters ecological processes, leading to habitat loss and fragmentation. This article examines the implications …
