Abstract: The aim of this study is to evaluate the performance of diesel engine fuelled with karanja (Pongamia pinnata) based biodiesel (B100). A single cylinder, air-cooled, constant speed (1500 rpm) direct injection diesel engine was operated with diesel and karanja based biodiesel (B100).
