A Critical Analysis of Cold Spray Coatings and its Tribological Performances
Abstract: Coatings are utilized for temperature barrier, protection against corrosion and wear etc. Cold spray is a solid-state processing method that is unique among thermal deposition procedures since it deposits particles at temperatures below their melting point. This technology does not involve particle melting, hence retaining the original properties of the materials. Increased coating strength is achieved by retaining of feedstock powder microstructures and characteristics, which prevents oxide formation and other …

Innovative Approaches to Luminescence: Exciton-Polariton Lasers and Quantum Confinement in 2D Materials
Abstract: The phenomenon known as luminescence occurs when an external energy of any kind excites a substance's electronic state, and the excited energy is released as light. Luminescence is the absence of heat produced by light emission. Luminescence comes in a variety of forms, including thermoluminescence, bioluminescence, and chemiluminescence. Examples of luminescence include flat-screen TVs, LED lights, and bioluminescent phytoplankton. The measurement of the emission spectrum produced when previously excited atoms …

Development of an Innovative Nanotransdermal Formulation Utilizing an Optimal Combination of Acyclovir and Omeprazole to Improve Antiviral Efficacy
Abstract: The study effectively created nanogel formulations of Acyclovir and Omeprazole using the solvent diffusion technique. Among the various formulations (F1–F9), F9 was identified as the most suitable for gel preparation based on its pH evaluation. Drug content analysis, performed using UV-spectroscopy, confirmed the homogeneity of the prepared nanogels, which appeared opaque, free of lumps, particles, or aggregates. The spreadability assessment of F9 demonstrated excellent spreadability, while viscosity values for all …

Raman Spectroscopy for The Determination of Relative Crystallinity of Carbon Fibers
Abstract: Analogous to X-ray diffraction technique, the light scattering technique discovered by Sir CV Raman has great potential in quantifying the crystallinity of new materials, like the highly crystalline pitch based carbon fibers (NX90 and NX100). For comparison the Raman spectra of polyacrylonitrile based carbon fibers (T700SC) were also recorded. From the Raman spectral analysis, it was found that the pitch based carbon fibers exhibit far far higher degree of crystallinity …
