Scorpion Poison-A Clinical Review
Abstract: Scorpion Venom is a Tasteless. It is slightly acidic in nature. The initial drop is more or less colourless but the subsequent one are translucent in normal conditions. The striated muscles in the stinger allow regulation of the amount of venom ejected, which is usually 0.1-0.6 mg. The venom dries up into a powdery mass, which later forms elongated whitish crystals, which gets dissolved in water. Lethal dose of Mesobuthus …

Shelf Life of Unani Drugs: In Classical and Contemporary Era
Abstract: Nothing in this universe is immortal. Drugs also degrade with time. Thus significance and indispensability of stability testing is well recognized since ancient time. However, in the absence of sophisticated scientific technology ancient Unani physicians used to evaluate the shelf life of drugs by means of organoleptic characters. In this paper review of classical Unani literature of plants, minerals and animal origin and compound drugs has been discussed in detail …

Digital Twin Assisted Intelligent Prediction of Polymer Composite Degradation Under Environmental Exposure
Abstract: Polymer matrix composites (PMCs) deployed in aerospace, marine, automotive, and renewable-energy structures are continuously subjected to coupled environmental stressors — ultraviolet (UV) radiation, moisture ingress, thermal cycling, and mechanical loading — that progressively degrade their mechanical performance. Conventional accelerated ageing tests and empirical lifetime models are time-consuming, destructive, and poorly suited to in-service, asset-specific degradation forecasting. This paper proposes a Digital Twin (DT) assisted intelligent prediction framework that fuses a …

A Promising Approach Towards Arthritis: Bacopa Monnieri
Abstract: Joint inflammation, pain, and a progressive loss of function are the hallmarks of arthritis, a chronic and crippling condition that frequently results in disability and a lower quality of life. The need for safer options is highlighted by the fact that while current therapy approaches, such as NSAIDs, corticosteroids, and disease-modifying antirheumatic medications, give symptomatic relief, they are usually linked to serious adverse effects. In this regard, the wellknown Ayurvedic …

Comparative Study of Rocuronium Bromide and Succinylcholine Regarding Ease of Intubating Conditions and Hemodynamic Parameters for Rapid Sequence Intubation in Adults
Abstract: Background: Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) is an airway management procedure designed to quickly secure the airway while reducing the likelihood of gastric aspiration during anesthesia induction. For many years, Succinylcholine has been regarded as the preferred neuromuscular blocking agent for RSI because it produces muscle relaxation rapidly and has a relatively brief duration of action. However, its adverse effect profile – including hyperkalemia, bradyarrhythmias, malignant hyperthermia, and increased intracranial and …
