Critical Review on Multifunctional Polymer Composites for Weight Reduction and AI Based Battery Thermal Management in Electric Vehicles
Abstract: The rapid growth of electric vehicles (EVs) has intensified the need for advanced materials and intelligent control systems capable of improving energy efficiency, driving range, thermal safety, and overall vehicle sustainability. This paper presents a critical review of multifunctional polymer composites and artificial intelligence-based battery thermal management systems (AI-BTMS) for next-generation EV applications. Polymer composites reinforced with carbon fibers, graphene, boron nitride, nanoclays, and carbon nanotubes offer significant advantages over …

Current Perspectives of Prader -Willi Syndrome: A Multisystem Approach
Abstract: Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS) is a genetic disorder with multisystem involvement, caused by the lack of expression of genes on the paternally inherited chromosome 15q11.2-q13 region from paternal 15q11-q13 deletions (about 60%) or maternal uniparental disomy 15 or both. It is a complex and contiguous gene disorder which affects the multiple systems with many clinical presentations especially hypothalamic insufficiency. The clinical features are characterized by short stature position, developmental delay, cognitive …

Effect of Conventional Physiotherapy and Modified Constraint Induced Movement Therapy through Play way Method to Improve the Upper Extremity Motor Skills among the Children with Hemi paretic Cerebral Palsy
Abstract: There is a tendency in children with unilateral involvement to use their non-affected hand as the dominant hand, even when the actual functional loss is mild. The potential use of the affected upper extremity of children with hemiparetic CP often fails due to “developmental non-use”, and this leads to increased muscle tone, and decreased active and passive range of motion of the joints of the limb, poor motor control, generalized …

Characterization of Nano-Clay Reinforced Polymer Composites: Enhancing Performance for Extreme Applications
Abstract: This study investigates the mechanical, thermal, water absorption, and chemical resistance properties of nano-clay-reinforced polymer composites and polymer concrete. The incorporation of 1-5 wt% nano-clay resulted in a significant enhancement across all properties. Mechanical testing revealed a 42.86% increase in tensile strength (35 MPa to 50 MPa), 40% improvement in flexural strength (50 MPa to 70 MPa), and 46.67% rise in compressive strength (75 MPa to 110 MPa), attributed to …

Tirzepatide : Treatment For Diabetes Mellitus II & Obesity
Abstract: Tirzepatide is a novel medication that the FDA has approved to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Tirzepatide is used off-label to treat obesity because` of its powerful weight-loss effects. It Known as the "twin epidemics," the prevalence of obesity and diabetes is a growing issue worldwide, particularly in wealthy nations. Therefore, cutting-edge therapeutic strategies are required. Tirzepatide, Known as a "twincretin," tirzepatide is the only dual glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and …

Review Study on Sleep and Sleep Deprivation
Abstract: Sleep is simply a reversible behavioral state of low attention to the environmental typically accompanied by a relaxed posture and some minimal movement. Insomnia is a highly prevalent condition and carries significant burden in terms of functional impairment, health care costs, and increased risk of depression. Worldwide epidemiological studies assessed the prevalence of insomnia without restrictive criteria as 33% in general population. Insomnia may be the primary problem, or it …

The Renaissance and Resilience of CB1 Reverse Agonists: From Central Liabilities to Peripheral Promise
Abstract: Building upon these foundational insights, current research has increasingly focused on refining the pharmacological profile of CB1 reverse agonists to maximize therapeutic benefit while minimizing central adverse effects. The adverse neuropsychiatric outcomes associated with first-generation agents such as Rimonabant including anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation highlighted the critical role of central CB1 receptors in mood regulation. Consequently, drug development strategies have shifted toward peripherally restricted CB1 reverse agonists that exhibit …

Surface modification of polymeric membranes using plasma treatment: A comprehensive review
Abstract: In the contemporary science era, polymer membranes have a wide range of services. Polymeric membranes have very good bulk properties having potential applications in various processing industries. These membranes can be even modified using various techniques. The surface modifications of membranes to incorporate various hydrophilic functional groups without changing the bulk properties has gained popularity. The surface becomes hydrophilic because new polar functional groups are formed. For instance, after oxygen and …

Polymer-Based Chemistry of Carbohydrate-Derived Fulvic Acid and Its Comparative Effect with Chelating Agents on Root Dentin Microhardness
Abstract: The interaction between the polymer science and the endodontic biomaterials field has increased recently while considering the search for chelating agents. CHD-FA (Carbohydrate-Derived Fulvic Acid), a naturally occurring low-molecular-weight polymeric organic acid, has potential chelating and antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. This investigation examines the polymeric chemistry of CHD-FA and compares the effect of CHD-FA with other chelating agents, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), and citric acid, on root dentin microhardness. A total …
