Quantum-Fuzzy Tensor Operators for Multi-Qubit Conjunction, Disjunction, and Symmetry-Preserving State Discrimination
Abstract: The integration of fuzzy logic and quantum information theory raises a fundamental mathematical question: how can degrees of truth be encoded in multi-qubit amplitudes while preserving the unitary dynamics and symmetry structure of quantum state spaces? This paper develops a tensor-operator framework for implementing quantum-fuzzy logical operations on finite qubit registers. Fuzzy truth values are represented by normalized quantum amplitude pairs, enabling logical information to be embedded directly into quantum …

Optimizing Routing and Placement of VLSI Circuits with Differential Algorithms and Neural Networks
Abstract: The performance of modern VLSI systems is heavily influenced by power constraints, necessitating precise power estimation and effective optimization techniques. Traditional methods, such as gate-level simulations, are often slow and computationally intensive. This paper introduces DRPENN (Differential Algorithm for Routing and Placement Optimization using Neural Networks), an innovative solution that combines a Switching Activity Estimator (SAE) with a neural network-assisted differential algorithm. By leveraging toggle rates from simulations to train …

Strategic Integration of Machine Learning in Polymer Composite Development: A Framework for R&D Portfolio Management and Technological Adoption
Abstract: The progress of advanced polymer composites is slow, costly and unpredictable due to traditional methods of trial-and-error research. As materials informatics and data-driven modeling speed up the process of discovering technology, there exists a huge disconnect between computational predictions on one hand and strategic decision-making on the other in research and development (R&D). To solve this issue, this paper presents the Agile Materials-Intelligence (AMI) Framework, a systematic combined methodology that …

The Evolution and Impact of Numbers: From Ancient Tallies to Quantum Computing: Review Article on Numbers
Abstract: Numbers are among the most fundamental constructs in human civilization, serving as the backbone of mathematics, science, technology, and virtually every aspect of daily life. They represent not only quantities and measures but also relationships, structures, and patterns that underpin the fabric of human understanding. From the earliest tallies etched on bones by prehistoric humans to the sophisticated numerical systems embedded in today’s artificial intelligence and quantum computing, the evolution …

Spintronic Logic Circuits for Ultrafast Processing
Abstract: Spintronic logic has emerged as one of the most promising post-CMOS paradigms capable of addressing the speed, density, and energy challenges of deeply scaled silicon technologies. By relying on the intrinsic properties of electron spin and magnetization dynamics, spintronic devices—particularly Magnetic Tunnel Junctions (MTJs), Spin-Transfer Torque (STT), and Spin–Orbit Torque (SOT) structures—enable ultrafast, non-volatile data processing with significantly reduced energy consumption. Despite remarkable device-level advancements, circuit- level realization of high-speed, …

Optimized Design and Control of Oil Exploitation Strategies: An Assisted Approach
Abstract: Because there are so many factors and scenarios to consider, optimizing oil exploitation tactics requires complicated decision-making. Conventional approaches frequently concentrate on particular elements of the design infrastructure, which restricts their capacity to fully handle the process. In order to maximize a set of oil exploitation variables in a hierarchical fashion, this research proposes a novel assisted optimization technique that combines mathematical algorithms with engineering analysis. By grouping variables into …
