Role of Axillary Reverse Mapping in Reducing the Risk of Lymphedema in Breast Cancer Patients: Current Perspectives
Abstract: Axillary reverse mapping is the technique of mapping and subsequently preserving the arm lymphatic drainage during axillary dissection. In 2007 Hiroo Suami described a constant sentry node draining most of the upper limb in anatomical dissection of cadavers. The presence of this node and its fairly constant location was later confirmed by many authors in clinical studies. With the use of blue dye alone, the detection rates are low than …

Expanding Hicks Contraction Theory, Multi-Valued Mappings in Generalized b-Menger Spaces
Abstract: This paper extends the Hicks contraction theory to multi-valued mappings within generalized b-Manger spaces, a class of metric-like structures that accommodate more flexible distance functions. By introducing new definitions, such as generalized admissibility conditions and weak compatibility in the multivalued sense, we provide a comprehensive analysis of how these contractions behave in broader topological and metric contexts. Our approach systematically generalizes classical contraction principles by relaxing conventional constraints, thereby broadening …

Review-Value Stream Mapping to Increase Productivity
Abstract: Value stream mapping (VSM) is one of the predominant tools of lean methodology to identify waste in production, business and manufacturing by recognizing and removing redundant activities. This map helps us to detect the redundant activity in the entire process line by which we can eliminate it. The existing process steps are scrutinized to reduce the process steps up to the fewest necessary steps. By the consequence, redundant time will …
