Effect of Span, Load Intensity, and Beam Geometry on Stress and Deflection Behavior of RCC Beams
Abstract: This study investigates the influence of variations in beam geometry, span, load intensity, and permissible stresses on the structural behavior of reinforced concrete beams. Using classical bending and shear stress formulations, the effects of a 20% increase in key parameters were analytically evaluated. Results indicate that a 20% increase in beam span leads to a proportional 20% increase in beam depth, whereas a 20% increase in beam width or permissible …

Structural Assessment of Rigid Pavement Systems Under Heavy Loading Conditions
Abstract: This study presents an analysis of pavement and foundation layer design subjected to heavy vertical loads and upward soil pressure. A total load of 1716 tonnes transmitted from the superstructure is considered acting on the pavement system. Construction Sequence Analysis of High-Rise Structure with Creep and Shrinkage Effect
Abstract: This study deals with a time-dependent analysis of reinforced concrete G+40 RC frame structures considering the construction sequence with the effect of creep and shrinkage analysis. Because of the non-mechanical deformations induced by the time-dependent deformations of concrete, concrete structures usually present different behaviors when the construction sequences are changed, despite having the same structural configurations. Therefore, the time-dependent effects of concrete such as creep and shrinkage must be taken …
