A Survey of Haptic Feedback Integration in Mobile Devices
Abstract: “HAPTICS is a technique that gives virtual environments a tactile element. With haptic interfaces, we may create the impression that we are feeling surfaces, manipulating virtual clay, or moving objects around on a computer in addition to seeing them. Because touch is the brain's most powerful learning mechanism—more so than sight or sound—the new technology has enormous potential for use in education. Using haptic technology is similar to using a …

Enhanced Photovoltaic Performance of Perovskite Solar Cell Using Copper Thiocyanate (CuSCN) as Hole Transport Layer
Abstract: In this study, the SCAPS tool was utilized to examine the efficacy of perovskite solar cells using perovskite materials such methyl ammonium lead Iodide (MAPbX3, MA=CH3NH3, X: I). Quantitative simulation and modeling have been used to determine the electrical characteristics of the MAPbI3 material used for the active layer for a number of parameters, including fill factor (FF), short-circuit current density (Jsc), power conversion rate (PCE), and open-circuit voltage (Voc). …

Modelling and Electrical Characterization of Single Electron Transistor
Abstract: A nano-electronic device with low power consumption, high performance, and quantum effects is the single electron transistor (SET). It's used in charge sensor applications, infrared radiation detectors, and spectroscopy. However, it faces limitations in lithography, co-tunneling effect, low gain, high output impedance, and background charges. Therefore, prior simulation is needed to optimize SET's work function and understanding physics concepts. A master equation approach is used to propose a new model …

Quantum Key Distribution Based on BB84 Protocol
Abstract: Classical cryptosystem, which is based on mathematical complexity and irrationally time-consuming to decode, is endangered with the inception of quantum computers empowered with unprecedented computational processing along with sophisticated quantum algorithms. Thus requiring quantum cryptography and Quantum Key Distribution (QDK) protocol for secured key distribution. This thesis work contributes to the field of cryptography. First of all, it shows unconditionally secured QKD which is bound by quantum mechanics laws. It …

Reddish-orange Emission in Pr3+-V4+ Doped Ions in Calcium Lead Borosilicate Glasses for Photonics and Sensor Applications
Abstract: CaO-PbO-B2O3-SiO2:Pr2O3-V2O5 synthetic glasses were made using a traditional melt-quench method. In the UV-vis-NIR range, the optical absorption spectra show distinct transitions from different energy levels where simple Pr3+ ions are present. The absorption transition of V4+ ion identity exhibit 2T2g®2E2g (spin-allowed) single transition in the UV-vis region Because of the presence of the paramagnetic VO2+ ion, the EPR spectra showed high intensity hyperfine splitting of two sets of eight lines …
