IN SILICO SCREENING AND EVALUATION OF SOME METABOLITES FROM MOMORDICA CHARANTIA IN THE TREATMENT OF PEPTIC ULCERSBy D.S.V.G.K. Kaladhar, Akhilesh Tiwari, Shristi Sharma
Abstract: Peptic ulcers are also called as or duodenal ulcers or gastric ulcers that are open sores generally develop in the lining of the stomach due to food and climatic factors. H. pylori infections are potentially the most dangerous and are linked to several diseases like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, etc. In the present study, in silico screening and evaluation of some metabolites from Momordica charantia like Momorcharin, Momordicin, Metformin, Pioglitazone, …

In Silico Analysis of Potential Drug Targets in E. coli as Anticancer AgentsBy D.S.V.G.K. Kaladhar, Aditi Tiwari
Abstract: Escherichia coli is a bacteria which grows as symbiotic and pathogenic organism in humans that expresses with genes causing several diseases. Manipulation and control of genes of E. coli can become a solution for cure of diseases like cancer. Based on QSAR studies, Partial partial charges are neutral for all selected ligands. The surface area, mass and volume for Capsaicin is predicted more compared to other selected ligands. As the …

Studies of CRISPR/CAS 9 Gene Interactions in Streptococcus pyogenesBy D.S.V.G.K. Kaladhar
Abstract: Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats (CRISPR)/cas9/single guide RNA (sgRNA) system is a DNA editing system in mostly studied in prokaryotes. Studies of CRISPR/cas9 gene interactions in Streptococcus pyogenes has been conducted using in silico approaches in the present research. Proteins like DNA polymerase I (polA), NAD-dependent DNA ligase LigA (ligA), Translaldolase (tal), Thymidine kinase (tdk), Streptococcal exotoxin I (speI), Phage associated protein (SPy_0679) and Hypothetical proteins like SPy_1047, SPy_1048, …

Production, Estimation and Protein Network Studies of Bioethanol Fermented Media from Maduca Longifolia Produced by Surface Fermentation using Candida AlbicansBy Suprity Saha, D.S.V.G.K. Kaladhar
Abstract: Candida albicans is a fungus that is used as industrially important species in fermentation productions from past several decades. In the present experimentation, Madhuca longifolia dried flowers with Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa respectively are used as cultures and was analyzed for bioethanol production. Bioethanol produced in M. longifolia+yeast with about 40% was more compared with other samples. M. longifolia+ Pseudomonas showed 20% ethanol, M. longifolia+ candida 14% …

Experimental Studies and in silico Analysis on Quarum Sensing and System Simulation in Pseudomonas aeruginosaBy Anamika Rani Kesri, D.S.V.G.K. Kaladhar
Abstract: Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the most common pathogenic bacterium present in human microbial flora, biofilms, soil and water associated and support self microbial communications and survilance. The present study shows estimated protein concentration present in two days grown in Mullar hinton broth was resulted around 32.5 mg/ml. The studies in protein interaction on X-ray film with aqueous fruit and vegetable extracts showed good results with apple, straw berry, cucumber, grape, orrange, …
