  Abstract: The major goal of this study is to extract, isolate, and characterize curcumin-I, a component of curcuminoids. Turmeric, or Curcuma longa Linn., plays a significant role in Ayurvedic medicine. Turmeric, or Curcuma longa Linn, is the popular name for this plant.
