Design, Synthesis and Pharmacological Evaluation of Pyrazoline Substituted Benzimidazole Derivatives as Antibacterial and Antifungal Agents
Abstract: Background: Benzimidazoles are important heterocyclic compounds possessing a variety of biological activities such as anticancer, antioxidant, antiinflammatory, analgesic, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and hypoglycemic activities. Pyrazolines are used as antitumor, immunosuppressive, antibacterial and anti tubercular agents. Aim : The present research focused on incorporating pyrazoline nucleus into benzimidazole nucleus to form a potent antibacterial and antifungal agent. Method: The in silico design of novel pyrazoline substituted benzimidazole derivatives was done using …

Synthesis and Chemical Characterization of Novel Series of Heterocyclic Compounds Containing Nitrogen and Oxygen
Abstract: The aim of this study is to synthesize some novel pyrazoline derivatives and to study their antibacterial activity. As estimated, pyrazoline derivatives exhibited significant to moderate antimicrobial activity. There is no such obsession as completely safe drug. Drugs are prevailing tool, which modify physiological processes for the enhanced or for the worse. A society, which desires to take advantage from them, it will not accomplish all the benefits open to …
