Synthesis and Chemical Characterization of Novel Series of Benzoxazinone Derivatives
Abstract: The objective of the current work is to synthesize some novel benzoxazinone derivatives and to study their antibacterial activity in particular. Thus an effort has been made in this direction. The antimicrobial activity of the synthesized some novel benzoxazinone derivative is summarized.As estimated, benzoxazinone derivatives exhibited significant to moderate antimicrobial activity. Therefore, a detailed study of toxicity is necessary. Heterocycles formed the sites of reactions in many enzymes or co-enzymes. …

Synthesis and Chemical Characterization of Benzopyran Derivatives Fused to Pyrimidine Moiety
Abstract: In an attempt to find a new class of antimicrobial agents, a series of fused benzopyran derivatives containing pyrimidine moiety were prepared via the reaction of 2-(1h-benzo[d] imidazol-2-yl acetonitrile with 2-amino-3-(1h-benzo[d] imidazol-2-yl)-4-phenyl-4h-chromen-7-ol in the presence of piperidine and anhydrous zinc chloride.
