Exploring the Impact of Process Parameters on 3D Printing: A Comprehensive Review for Enhanced Product Quality
Abstract: Rapid developments in 3D printing technology have dramatically changed a wide range of industries, from consumer products and healthcare to automotive and aerospace. 3D printing is a process of manufacturing where material is deposited layer over layer which are previously deposited to provide the design shape to the desired products. This process has eliminated the numerous machining processes which were required to manufacture the products previously. The modification of process …

Enhancing Surface Roughness in the Taguchi Method for Turning Alloy Steel in Wet and Dry Environments
Abstract: The present investigation focuses on evaluating the performance of turning operations in alloy steel with particular emphasis on the effect of cutting parameters on surface roughness. In the machining of alloy steel, tool life and surface integrity are significantly influenced by parameters such as spindle speed, depth of cut, and feed rate. Among these, feed rate has been observed to exert the most prominent effect on surface roughness. To systematically …

A Practical Approach to Clinical Trials: Concepts and Methodologies
Abstract: AbstractClinical trial is a research study that is conducted on human volunteers to collect safety and efficacy data for health interventions (e.g., drugs, diagnostics, devices, therapy protocols). Clinical trial is intended to produce knowledge valuable for understanding human disease, preventing and treating illness and promoting health. Clinical trials can only be conducted after gathering satisfactory information on the quality and non-clinical safety of the product, and after taking Ethics Committee …

Eco-Friendly Steel Making for a Sustainable Future
Abstract: The iron and steel industry is one of the most energy-intensive sectors, accounting for approximately 5% of global energy consumption and contributing around 7% of worldwide CO2 emissions. The industry's carbon footprint is particularly challenging to reduce, as carbon plays a crucial role as a stoichiometric reducing agent in conventional steel production. The reduction of iron ore during the manufacture of primary (virgin) steel is responsible for a sizable amount …

Improving Supply Chain Resilience through Predictive Analytics and Real-Time Data Integration
Abstract: Demand forecasting has under gone major changes because to the incorporation of automated analytics into supply chain management (SCM), which has improved company productivity, accuracy, and responsiveness. Central to this transformation is the application of machine learning (ML), which enables the analysis of large and complex datasets to identify patterns, detect trends, and generate precise forecasts. Conventional methods for predicting frequently rely on linear models and historical sales data, which …
