Abstract: Background: Micro replication techniques like HE allows for the large-scale manufacturing of the micro components which use polymers like Polymethyle methacrylate, Polycarbonate, polystyrene as the work material. In the hot embossing process, key parameters include applied pressure, temperature during heating, duration of embossing, and temperature during demolding.
