Mechanical Behavior of Epoxy-Phenol Formaldehyde Hybrid Blend
Abstract: Phenol formaldehyde resin was mixed with epoxy resin in different weight fraction (10–40) wt.% to form hybrid blends which are used as a new part in engine oil tank of the cars. The mechanical properties of the new blend were studied and included: impact strength, tensile strength, compressive strength and bending resistance. Mechanical Properties of Hybrid Elastomer Blends
Abstract: Novolac nano additives (0–40) wt.% were added to NBR/CR hybrid blends and study the influence on mechanical properties of rubber. Mechanical properties included: hardness, resilience, and Compressibility.
