A Study on Fracture Sem Analysis by Optimization of FSW When a Composite Material Al 6061 Mixed with Fly Ash is Done with Cooper Using Anova Method
Abstract: The current study aims to examine how different parameters in friction stir spot welding influence hardness and tensile strength, while identifying the most suitable parameter combinations to enhance the overall quality of the fabricated components. The experimental work involves joining dissimilar materials, where one specimen consists of Aluminum alloy 6061 reinforced with 10% fly ash, and the other is a copper alloy. Various process conditions are altered during testing to …

Prediction of Depth-Induced Stress Distribution and Maintenance Cost Implications for Submerged Structural Components
Abstract: This study investigates the influence of water depth on stress distribution and structural integrity of submerged mechanical components . Structural models fabricated from mild steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper alloy were examined under hydrostatic loading corresponding to water depths between 30 cm and 150 cm. Results indicate that normal and shear stresses increased proportionally with depth due to intensified hydrostatic pressure. Mild steel exhibited the highest stress concentrations, …

Significance of Composite Materials for Making Better Future Society
Abstract: Since in the beginning of human history, Materials had been started in use. We can't imagine our world without materials. In fact, Materials has taken centre position in many developed and developing countries. The materials that humans have chosen to use for engineering projects throughout history, including the Stone, Iron, and Silicon ages. However, in order to meet today's difficulties, new materials must be discovered and developed with the necessary …
