Progress and Prospects of Chromium-Based p-Type TCOs: Next-Generation Transparent Electronics
Abstract: The field of active devices has recently shown a great interest in p-type transparent conducting oxides (TCOs). In the realm of optoelectronics, a new generation known as "Invisible Electronics" began with the introduction of transparent junctional devices. In recent years, many different p-type transparent conducting oxide materials with enhanced optical and electrical properties have been produced. These p-TCOs are not stoichiometric and are doped with suitable counter-cations/anions. For p-TCOs, chromium …

Growth of Cu2O on TCO by SILAR method acts as an alternative buffer electrode layer towards the development of organic solar cell
Abstract: In many types of optoelectronic devices, layer of PEDOT: PSS is sandwiched between the indium-tin oxide (ITO) electrode and the active layer. Buffer PEDOT: PSS provides a well- defined work function which is higher than that of ITO (4.2eV), it smooths the ITO surface and so avoids shorts, and it also protects the active layer from ingress of indium or oxygen, leading to longer device lifetimes. The role of PEDOT: …

Investigating the effect of Anodes workfunction on the Opto-electronics Performance of Organic Light Emitting Diode
Abstract: The research aims to assess the performance of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) by exploring how various anode materials affect their optoelectronic properties. OLEDs are crucial for modern displays and lighting, and their efficiency and functionality are heavily influenced by the materials used in their design. This study examines four different anode materials: Indium Tin Oxide (ITO), Zinc Oxide (ZnO), Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide (AZO), and Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) Polystyrene Sulfonate (PEDOT: PSS). These materials …
