Sputter Deposition of Ni/Ti Thin Film and their Molecular Dynamics
Abstract: Ni/Ti multilayer fabricated using DC/RF magnetron sputtering technique. Multilayer of Ni/Ti is deposited by alternate deposition of nickel layer and titanium layer, followed by annealing at different temperatures.
