Design and Control of Acrylic Acid Production Process
Abstract: This paper presents the design and control of acrylic acid production process using Aspen Plus and Aspen Dynamics. Propylene reacts with oxygen and produces acrylic acid and water. Plant-wide operability and control of the entire acrylic acid production plant with controllers is explained.
