“Alzheimer†An Ambiguous Ailment; A Comprehensive Review
Abstract: Alzheimer Disease (AD) is a gradually progressive dementia affecting cognition, behavior, and functional status. It was discovered a century back (1907) characterized by defects in language use, visual-spatial perception, ability to learn, solve problems, perform mathematical calculations, thinking abstractly, and making appropriate judgments, affecting more than 4.5 million people in United States. 100,000 people die of AD every year, nevertheless hundred years have been passed after the discovery of AD …

In Silico Designing of Triazolothiadiazine as Anticancer Agents
Abstract: Cancer is irregular growth of cells and formation of tumor. There are approximately 9.6 million death reported globally. It is caused by physical or genetic factor. There are various targets for the inhibition of growth of cancerous cells. Inhibition of colchicines binding site of tubulin is promising target in field of cancer management. In this study, we designed 25 novel thiazole and triazolothiadiazine derivatives as colchicine binding site inhibitors and …

In Silico Study of Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor as Anticancer Agents
Abstract: The clinical selective histone deacetylase inhibitor vorinostat is most commonly used for the treatment of lymphoma and solid tumor and has been preventing lives worldwide. Vorinostat is used in both treatment and prevention of lymphoma and other tumors. Based on these for current study some vorinostat derivatives with thiadiazole moiety containing derivatives have been designed for in silico study. For present work, the already selected study was against histone human …

DESIGNING OF COUMARIN ANALOGS: A NEW INSIGHT AS ENOL ACYL CARRIER PROTEIN REDUCATSE INHIBITORS
Abstract: Tuberculosis was almost certainly the leading cause of death in Europe and the United States in recorded history, although because of the multifarious forms of the disease. Based on literature we have designed coumarin linked with thiadiazole derivatives as antitubercular agents. To determine structural requirements, we carried out molecular docking study in which we found that our designed molecule have similar binding with enoyl acyl carrier protein reductase (InhA). The …

Visionary Fusion: Empowering Robot Sight with Model-driven Multi-band Enhancement
Abstract: Single image enhancement is crucial for improving visual quality in applications like robot vision. This study proposes a novel topic-model assisted multi-band image fusion method to enhance a single input image while preserving semantic information. The key innovation is using topic models for adaptive band fusion based on image content. Comparative experiments on benchmark datasets demonstrate that the proposed technique outperforms state-of-the-art methods in quantitative and qualitative evaluation. This study …

Exploring Molecular Structural Requirement of Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitors Using Molecular Docking Study
Abstract: To explore the molecular structure requirement of acetyl-cholinesterase inhibitors, we used some flavonoid derivatives and calculated its binding interaction with acetylcholinesterase enzyme using 1EVE PDB. Flavonoids are one of the largest class and plant secondary metabolites known to have variety of biological activity for human wellbeing. Also reported its acetylcholinesterase inhibitory potency by various researchers. To know the properties and selection of flavonoids, we were used databases through Google Scholar, …
