EcoSense AI: An Intelligent IoT-Based Environmental Monitoring and Forecasting System
Abstract: Environmental degradation caused by air, water, and soil pollution poses a severe global threat to human health and ecosystem stability. Existing IoT- based monitoring systems classify only current pollution levels but lack predictive capability, geospatial context, and tamper-proof data integrity. This paper presents EcoSense AI—a unified low-cost intelligent environmental monitoring system built on an ESP32 microcontroller with MQ135, DHT11, turbidity, and GPS sensors. The system integrates a Random Forest classifier …

Isolation and Characterization of Gelatinase Producing Halophilic Bacteria from the Sediments of Pichavaram Mangrove Forest, Tamil Nadu State, South India
Abstract: Microorganisms are the most important sources for production of enzyme especially bacteria which have the ability to synthesis gelatinase enzyme has been screened and isolated from Pichavaram mangrove forest soil. This enzyme is capable of degrading gelatin and collagen proteins. The organism was isolated from the mangrove sediments; the genomic DNA was extracted, amplified by 785F and 907R primers, sequenced and identified. Gelatinase producing organism was identified as Bacillus thuringiensis. …

Monitoring of Unauthorized Identity and Access Behaviour for Outsourced Data in Cloud Environment
Abstract: The outsourcing of data is a significant challenge in the modern cloud computing ecosystem when it comes to tracking unauthorized identification and access behaviour. In order to overcome this issue, this research suggests a thorough method for reliable anomaly detection in cloud systems. Improving data security and offering a trustworthy monitoring system are the two main goals. The suggested approach proceeds methodically, gathering information from several sources such as user …

Review Paper of the Rich Floral and Faunal Diversity in Chhattisgarh, India
Abstract: Chhattisgarh, a state in central India, is renowned for its rich biodiversity, encompassing a wide variety of plants and animals. This review highlights the critical role that sacred groves—small, often isolated forest patches preserved by local communities—play in maintaining this biodiversity. These groves are repositories of genetic diversity and serve as sanctuaries for numerous species, many of which are threatened by habitat loss and fragmentation. However, the integrity of these …

Improving Dataset Integrity Through Automated Data Cleaning Techniques
Abstract: High-quality data is a fundamental requirement in data science for producing trustworthy analytical insights and effective machine learning models. Problems, including incomplete records, inconsistent entries, duplicate observations, and anomalous values, can severely reduce the accuracy and robustness of predictive systems. As modern datasets continue to expand in both volume and structural complexity, relying on manual data cleaning methods become time-consuming and error-prone, highlighting the growing importance of automated data preprocessing …

Machine Learning-Based Structure–Property Quantification of Advanced Polymer Composites
Abstract: Advanced polymer composites are widely used in high-performance engineering due to their superior mechanical and multifunctional properties. Accurate structure–property quantification is essential for efficient material design and reducing experimental costs. Existing Machine Learning (ML) approaches often exhibit limited predictive generalization due to inadequate feature discrimination and suboptimal hyperparameter tuning. To address these limitations, the proposed method enhances the ability to capture the complex nonlinear interactions among composite structural descriptors. The …

AI-Driven Cyber Threat Detection and Response Framework for Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs)
Abstract: Higher educational institutions (HEIs) are increasingly exposed to complex cyber threats due to their open-access digital ecosystems, diverse user populations, and extensive research infrastructures. Conventional signature-based intrusion detection systems often fail to detect zero-day and evolving attacks, creating an urgent need for intelligent and adaptive security mechanisms. This research introduces an AI-based framework for detecting and responding to cyber threats, specifically designed for HEIs. The framework employs an unsupervised machine …

A Review- Recent Outbreak of Zika Viruses in India, its Vectorology and Virology
Abstract: Zika virus is an arbovirus (arthropod-borne virus) which belongs to the family Flaviviridae that was first isolated in 1947 from blood of a febrile rhesus macaque monkey during a yellow fever study in the Zika forest of Uganda and later identified in Aedes africanus mosquito from the same forest. But in 2007, the first major outbreak of Zika virus infection occurred in Yap Island (Federated States of Micronesia), where, it …

Antibacterial Activity of Solanum Nigrum and Isolation of Bioactive Compounds
Abstract: Plants have been used as medicines throughout history. Indeed, studies of wild animals show that they also instinctively eat certain plants to treat themselves for certain illnesses. Medicinal plants are widely and successfully used on every continent. In Asia, the practice of herbal medicine is extremely well established and documented. Many people now take medicinal plant products on a daily basis, to maintain good health as much as to treat …
