Spectroscopic and Chromatographic Methods for Estimation of Voriconazole in Bulk and Pharmaceutical Dosage Forms
Abstract: Rapid, accurate and precise methods have been developed for estimation of voriconazole in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms using Ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy and reverse phase high performance chromatography (RP-HPLC). The λmax selected in UV spectroscopy method was 255 nm and the calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 2-50 µg/mL with correlation coefficient (r2)>0.99.
