A Review of the Properties of Electro Less Duplex Coatings with Different Outer Layers and Bath Preparations
Abstract: Electroless coatings are widely used now because of their outstanding tribological as well as physical qualities. The need for a coating or finished product with any of these attributes has increased over the past few years. As a consequence, there has been a rise in the amount of study and associated publishing production on the creation of various surface types and coverings with various components. This study gave rise to …

Advancing UAV Video Transmission: A Full-Duplex System with RF and Signal Processing for Reliable, Long-Range HD Communication
Abstract: Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have transformed industries by enabling advanced aerial imaging and data collection. However, transmitting high-definition (HD) video from UAVs to ground stations poses challenges such as limited range, bandwidth constraints, and interference. This paper presents the development of an HD, full-duplex video transmission system using cutting-edge electronic technologies, including advanced radio frequency (RF) systems and signal processing. These electronic systems are designed to ensure fast, reliable, and …

Electro Less Duplex Nickel Coating and Tribological Characterization Under Elevated Temperature
Abstract: Electroless Ni-P (EN) coatings had previously demonstrated their ability to improve the tribological properties of the underlying substantial. This is due to its high hardness, fatigue strength, and chemical resistance. Nevertheless, the EN coverings' effectiveness at high temperatures, as well as their heat resistance, have yet to be evaluated. The current work investigates the tribological properties, namely friction and wear, of EN coatings at increased temperatures (100 ºC, 200 ºC, …

Design and Implementation of Low-power SPI Shift Register
Abstract: SPI stands for serial peripheral interface which is used for serial, synchronous and full duplex communication of data between master and slave devices. Master devices can be Microprocessors or Microcontrollers; and slaves are the Peripheral devices interfaced with them. The main internal component for architecture of master/slave block is shift register which defines its operation. But as the size of the shift register increases, power is utilized to a greater …

Automated Microstructure Classification with Class-Specific Segmentation for Titanium Based Composite Materials
Abstract: In engineering, characterisation of microstructure is required to determine and forecast behaviour of titanium alloys. Our proposal in this work has been a deep-learning-based framework in the automatic classification and segmentation of Titanium Based Composite Material. The framework then uses EfficientNetB0 backbone, where we have chosen the backbone to scale the performance of classification and the computational efficiency with the assistance of the transfer learning and the compound scaling. In …
