Mn Doping–Induced Enhancement of Ethanol Gas Sensitivity in CuO/Cu₂O/Cu Composites
Abstract: A composite of CuO/Cu2O/Cu was synthesized by heating cupric acetate up to 600 °C for 2 hours in air. The properties of pure CuO films and CuO/Cu2O/Cu films were compared.
