Rice Husk Energy Content Enhancement by the Torrefaction Process: Characterization and Statistical Studies
Abstract: Torrefaction is the partial pyrolysis of biomass at atmospheric pressure, in an inert environment. The objective of this study is to torrefy the rice husk of Ethiopian origin in order to enhance its energy density. Abstract: The production of Lactic acid from Brewery Spent Grain using Lactobacillus plantarum ATCC 8014. was carried out in this study.
