Abstract: In this paper, analysis is made to generating directional patterns on E-plane sectoral horn antenna for radar applications. In literature survey, the work on E-plane sectoral horn antenna is inadequate. For radar applications need low EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) to enhance this we attempted work on horn antennas and achieved low interference. To the implementation of horn antenna we used tapered amplitude distribution method to reduce the EMI.

Abstract: As an energy-saving and high-efficient stress relieving process, vibratory stress relief [VSR] influence of on fatigue life is still explicit and needs further investigation. Standard specimens are manufactured to study the VSR effects on 2014 T6 aluminum alloy fatigue behavior. Dynamic stresses generated during vibration are measured by strain gauge and the residual stresses with and without VSR are compared to validate the stress relieving effects. Eventually, fatigue tests are …

Effectiveness of Extensional Damping Using Rubber as Layer
Abstract: Structural damping treatments are free layer damping and constrained layer damping, made of metal and viscoelastic layer combinations which help to reduce vibrations. A free layer damping (FLD) treatment also known as Extensional Damping is formed by applying a coating of a damping material to one side of a structure. The treatment may be symmetric or asymmetric, and applied to beams, plates or shells in bending or in tension. In …

Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) in Somatosensory Evoked Potential (SSEP) in Normal Adolescents
Abstract: tDCS is a noninvasive brain stimulation technique in which a mild electrical direct current is applied through the scalp to send electrical impulses to the brain to increase or decrease the excitability in the neurons. Weak transcranial direct current stimulation can induce long lasting changes in cortical excitability. The electrodiagnostic approaches like Motor Evoked Potentials (MEP), Somato Sensory Evoked Potential (SSEP) and electromyography are used to measure the effect of …

Abstract: The Malliavin derivative of the Malliavin calculus is used to estimate the time-varying amplitudes that appear in the sum of signals or time-varying regression models. A closed form solution is obtained for the estimates of the time-varying amplitudes. The duality principle of the Malliavin calculus is then used to find a numerically tractable expression for the estimates. Given are examples and comparisons to existing methods.
