Development of High Sugar Induced Hyperglycemia or Type 2 Diabetes in Zebrafish (Danio rerio) Model
Abstract: Type 2 diabetes (T2D) is the most common form of diabetes, accounting for about 90–95% of all diagnosed cases of diabetes in adult. It is mainly recognized by an increase in blood glucose levels, i.e., hyperglycemia. Earlier, zebrafish (Danio rerio) has been already used for the study of various metabolic diseases. In the present study, a validation study was done for the earlier developed acute hyperglycemia zebrafish model by using …

Concurrent PTSD Psychotherapy Through Multi-Personnel Virtual Reality Framework
Abstract: Networked Virtual Environments (NEV) are sets of disjointed virtual worlds which are topographically set apart from the users yet connected through the communication network to give them the illusion of being in the same virtual location. NVEs are increasingly receiving consideration from business and research point of view. Contrasted with various sorts of possible applications, NVEs require a high responsiveness to ensure continuous streaming of live data for full immersion. …

Cytotoxic, Anthalmintic and Analgesic Activities of the Methanol Extract of Ricinus communis (Family: Euphorbiaceae)
Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the phytochemical screening, cytotoxicity, anthelmintic activity and analgesic properties of the methanol extract (leaves) of Ricinus communis (Family: Euphorbiaceae). The methanol extract of the leaves showed mild cytotoxic activity with the LC50 value 6.456 µg/mL compared to vincristine sulfate (LC50 0.812 µg/mL) using brine shrimp lethality bioassay. The anthelmintic activity was performed by observing the time of paralysis and the time of …

Digital Twins in Human Anatomy and Physiology Education: Current Status and Future Perspectives
Abstract: Digital Twin (DT) technology has emerged as a promising innovation in healthcare by creating dynamic virtual representations of physical systems through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI), computational modeling, real-time data, and advanced visualization technologies. Although DTs have been widely investigated in precision medicine and clinical decision-making, their application in Human Anatomy and Physiology (HAP) education remains in its early stages. This review aims to examine the current status, educational …

Safety in the Construction Industry: A Literature Review
Abstract: The construction industry remains one of the most hazardous sectors of the global economy, consistently reporting disproportionate rates of fatal and non-fatal injuries relative to its share of employment. Over the past two decades, research on construction safety has expanded from traditional accident statistics and compliance-based approaches toward a more holistic understanding of safety performance, safety culture and climate, safety leadership, and the growing role of digital technologies such as …

Artificial Intelligence in Trigonometry: Innovations, Applications, and Future Prospects
Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed numerous scientific fields, yet its integration with classical mathematics such as trigonometry is still emerging. This paper explores how AI enhances trigonometric problem solving, learning, and real-world applications. We analyse AI-driven tools for teaching trigonometry, AI in geometric and spatial reasoning, usage in robotics and computer vision, and future directions for research. Key challenges, methodologies, and case studies are discussed to provide a comprehensive overview …
