Impact of Source/Drain Engineering on Performance of Single Gate and Dual Gate Junctionless MOSFET
Abstract: Abstract: This letter is the study on impact of source/drain engineering on Single Gate (SG) and Dual Gate (DG) Junctionless MOSFET. Both the proposed MOSFET have Gate Stacking and highly doped source/drain region, so name suggested is Highly Doped Source Drain Gate Stack Junctionless (HDSD-GSJL) MOSFET. Here we investigate the effect of highly doped source/drain, gate stacking and double gate on junctionless MOSFET. The investigation is performed in relations of …

Reinforcement Learning for Adaptive Sensing with Shape Memory Polymer-Based IoT Nodes
Abstract: The rapid expansion of intelligent sensing in the Internet of Things (IoT) has revealed the pressing need for materials and algorithms capable of self-adaptation in volatile environments. Conventional polymer-based sensors and static control strategies often fail to capture nonlinear thermo-mechanical dynamics, leaving them unsuitable for unpredictable operating conditions. Although prior studies have improved polymer composites or introduced algorithmic optimization independently, few attempts have coupled the adaptability of smart materials with …

Simulation of Dual Microstructure Heat Treatment Process and Residual Stresses in Gas Turbine Disc by DeformHT Software
Abstract: Gas turbine disc is one of the most vital components in advanced gas engine. In order to improve the tensile strength and fatigue strength of the disc, finer grain size is to be attained at bore area and coarser grain structure at rim area in order to resist the growth of creep. Attempts have been made by several researchers experimentally on the development of dual microstructure for Inconel-718 by heat …

A Compact Umbrella Shaped Patch Antenna using DGS for Dual/Triple/Quad Band Applications
Abstract: In this paper, a compact Umbrella shaped microstrip patch antenna for Quad band applications specially for X band, Ku band and K band applications is presented. The antenna is simulated using the Ansys soft HFSS simulator. The size of the antenna is 25 mm×25 mm ×1 mm and printed on an FR4 substrate. Defected ground structure in the form of concentric circular rings is used to increase the bandwidth of …

Dual-Wavelength and Tunable Fiber Lasers for Microwave Photonic Applications
Abstract: Dual-wavelength and tunable fiber lasers have emerged as key enabling technologies for advanced microwave photonic (MWP) systems, offering high spectral purity, wide tunability, and enhanced stability. These laser sources play a critical role in generating and processing microwave and millimeter-wave signals through optical means, enabling low-loss transmission and immunity to electromagnetic interference. This review presents recent progress in the design and implementation of dual-wavelength and tunable fiber lasers, highlighting their …

Improvements in Analog Performance of Dual Metal Gate based Silicon-on-Insulator Junctionless Transistor with Pocket Doped Window
Abstract: This paper elucidates the impact of the pocket doped window on the analog performance of dual metal gate based silicon-on-insulator junctionless transistor (DMG SOIJLT). The analog parameters of the proposed SOIJLT are compared with DMG based conventional SOIJLT. The findings of analog performance comparison reveal that transconductance (gm), transconductance generation factor (TGF), output conductance (gd), output resistance (r0), intrinsic gain (AV), and cut-off frequency (fT) have improved for DMG PD-SOIJLT …

The Role of Tobacco Consumption in Oral Cancer Incidence in Punjab and Haryana
Abstract: Background: Oral cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in India, especially in the northern regions, like the states of Punjab and Haryana, where the prevalence of tobacco consumption, smoking, and smokeless forms, is high. Nevertheless, the specific contribution of different types of tobacco and other risk factors related to oral cancer occurrence in these populations has been poorly investigated. The purpose of this investigation is to …
