Regression and ANN Models in Predicting Tool Wear
Abstract: A modern machining system must be able to detect tool wear while milling in order to maintain the product's surface quality. The vibration signatures produced by a single point cutting tool during machining have been found to be good predictors of the tool's health. The current study used Artificial Neural Networks to forecast tool life by analysing vibration signatures when turning EN9 and EN24 steel alloys (ANN). Tool wear prediction …

The importance of solar cell in modern times
Abstract: As of now, we all know that technology is a double-edged sword that can turn around. Blessing or disarray in any situation. Thus in recent years we have become more familiar with the term "global warming" and the near-surface air and average. One of the reasons for the increase in temperature is that the trees and greenery are declining day by day. Thus we are going to explain in this …

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF R.C.C. BRIDGE
Abstract: The thickness of pier is found taking width of deck slab variable, width of girder, depth of girder variable. The thickness of any structure gives flexural rigidity against bending. Span of girder also taken variable. More bending is taken when more loads on the structure & flexural rigidity mainly depends upon thickness of the structure. The design and analysis of R.C.C. bridges involve careful consideration of various factors, including the …

Thin fluoropolymer coating on cotton textile to achieve hydrophobicity
Abstract: We report a simple novel procedure to prepare hydrophobic cotton textiles by admicellar polymerization on the cotton surface. By in situ introducing fluoropolymer on cotton fibers to generate a dual-size surface roughness, followed by hydrophobization with a little amount of fluoromonomer Octafluoropentamethyl methacrylate (OFPM) with short time, normally hydrophilic cotton has been easily turned in to hydrophobic. Hydrophobic cotton textile exhibits a static water contact angle of 135° for a …

Modelling of Skin Effect in On-Chip VLSI RLC Global Interconnect
Abstract: This paper addresses one of the aspects of the high frequency effects, namely the skin effect. The basicproblem with skin effect is that it attenuates the high frequency components of a signal more than that ofthe low frequency components. Due to the increase in operating frequency and die sizes, RC models arebecoming insufficient for analysis of global VLSI interconnects. Accurate noise modelling for RLC lines isthus critical for timing and …
