Improvements in Analog Performance of Dual Metal Gate based Silicon-on-Insulator Junctionless Transistor with Pocket Doped Window
Abstract: This paper elucidates the impact of the pocket doped window on the analog performance of dual metal gate based silicon-on-insulator junctionless transistor (DMG SOIJLT).
