Partial Characterization of Crude Lipase from Mutant Soil Fungal Isolate
Abstract: Lipases are cluster of enzymes which cleaves oils and fats. Characterization properties oflipases have been studied in the present investigation because they play an imperative role inseveral industrial applications. Abstract: The chemical composition of the essential oils obtained from the leaves and stem bark of Bosqueia angolensis (Moraceae) and Berlinia grandiflora (Fabaceae) using hydrodistillation were analysed using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) techniques.
