Abstract: Graphene–Gd₂O₃ nanocomposites were synthesized by incorporating varying concentrations of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) into Gd₂O₃ using a straightforward room-temperature solution method. The composites were analyzed using various distinct characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Abstract: This study presents the development and application of bismuth (Bi)-doped CuGaS₂ thin films for enhanced performance in photovoltaic and electrocatalytic systems. Using a cost-effective all-solution processing method, Bi-doped CuGaS₂ chalcopyrite nanocrystals were synthesized and spray-deposited onto molybdenum substrates.
