Enzymatic Transesterification using Immobilized Lipase in Production of Biodiesel from Nannochloropsis Oculata
Abstract: The microalgae have higher photosynthetic efficiency, higher biomass production and faster growth compared to other energy crops. The growth of Nannochloropsis oculata was enhanced in 300mg/l of nitrogen concentration and the optimum temperature for growth is 25â—¦C. 38% of microalgal oil was extracted and then converted to biodiesel by enzymatic transesterification using an immobilized lipase (triacyl glycerol acylhydrolase, EC 3.1.1.3). In this study, expensive to produce biodiesel because of the …

Bioinformatics-based Characterization of Stress Tolerance Spermidine Synthase from Zea mays
Abstract: The response to sensing environmental stress by plants is very important and can be short term by the synthesis of some protecting molecules against stress or long term by expressing phenotypic plasticity with alteration of developmental programme. The ability to respond to abiotic stress represents the main constraint on maize production. The spermidine synthase genes (Zmspds1 and Zmspds2) in Zea mays genome were identified by the PCR amplification and expression …

Effect of Moonpool on Drillship Motions
Abstract: A moonpool is meant for access to the underwater part from the onboard ship. It is a vertical opening along with the depth having an effect on the performance of the floating platform. The water motion inside the moonpool of a drillship is mainly in horizontal sloshing mode and vertical piston mode. This water motion in horizontal or in vertical mode mainly depends on the cross-section of the moonpool, encountering …

Abstract: Gluconic acid is one of the most essential natural acids and is moderately obtained from glucose by unpretentious oxidation response process. The response is simplified through glucose dehydrogenase bacteria such as (Gluconobacter) and enzyme glucose oxidase (fungi). The production of gluconic acid by microbes is the desired procedure. The typical broadly applied fermentation technique is summarized by using fungi (Aspergillus niger). Derivatives for gluconic acid; the main ones like sodium …
