Total 36 individual microfluidic devices are fabricated in this work. These microfluidic devices are fabricated by the maskless lithography, hot embossing lithography, direct bonding technique and indirect bonding technique. The surface-driven capillary flow of ethanol is faster in the microchannel of larger channel aspect ratio. The surface-driven capillary flow of ethanol is faster in the microchannel due to the applied centrifugal force. These experimental results are similar in both of the PMMA microchannel bends and SU-8 based microchannel bends. This study may be helpful to determine the flow characteristics of human whole blood inside the microchannel bends.
