Abstract

The study exclusively focuses on the exploration towards the hidden potential of heterocyclic natural products against bacterial DNA gyrase (topoisomerase) through induced-fit docking (IFD) by utilizing the Glide module of Maestro 9.1 software. The study will open new doors for the antibacterial drug discovery by the inhibition of imperative biological target. Keywords: antibacterial, DNA gyrase, heterocyclic compound, molecular docking, natural product, topoisomeraseCite this ArticleTomy Muringayil Joseph, Debarshi Kar Mahapatra.
