Utilising MATLAB to Examine Visual Fatigue of the Immediate Effects of Screen/Display on the Eyes

Abstract

With a growing digital era, the use of computer devices around the human system have increased, the interaction with the digital system has rapidly grown. Looking at big projects or working in industrial office to small scale surfing like to play games or use of social media. Due to break down of the Covid 19, education have also shifted online, and even more people prefer work from home pattern which impend them to interact more hour with the electronic devices, which makes working more efficient but also damages the vision of human eye. The main aim of this project is to study the effects of increased screen time on human eyes using ‘MATLAB’ software. Computer vision syndrome, also known as digital eye strain, encompasses a range of eye and vision issues that arise due to extended usage of computers, tablets, e-readers, and cell phones.
