Performance Improvement of SER in Linear Dispersive Coded 4x4 MIMO Systems using Precoding and Channel Encoding
Abstract: In this paper, Symbol-Error-Rate (SER) performance of Linear dispersive coded (LDC)4X4 MIMO system over Rayleigh and Rician fading channelshas been discussed. Channel encoder has been used to reduce the effect of the burst errors occurred due to noise. Convolution coding and inter-leaver has reduced the effect of burst noise in LDC system. Precoding requiring Channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) has been used to lessen the effect of fading. …

Comparison of Different Modulation Techniques for High Bandwidth Visible Light Communication
Abstract: Visible light communication (VLC) has gained tremendous importance due to its potential for ease, effectiveness and long lifetime. Slow response of phosphorescent components limits the modulation bandwidth of the white LED to the lower MHz range. Different modulation techniques have been used for VLC to achieve extended bandwidth, high data rate and bit-error-ratio within the forward error correction limit. This paper represents comparison of three different modulations techniques used for …

PAPR Reduction for OFDM System Using Adaptive PTS Combined with Interleaving Technique
Abstract: Partial transmits sequence (PTS) is one of the methods used for reduction of the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) in orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) scheme. In this, as the number of sub-blocks and rotation factors increases PAPR is reduced. While increasing the number of subcarriers, the complexity exponentially increases and thus, there occurs the process delay. An adaptive PTS scheme collectively with localized and interleaving technique has been proposed in this …

A Gui Model for the Encryption and Decryption of an Image
Abstract: Digital watermarking is the processing of combined information into a digital signal. A watermark is a secondary image, which is overlaid on the host image, and provides a means of protecting the image. It acts as a digital signature, giving the image a sense of ownership or authenticity. Digital watermarking technique is very impressive for image authentication or protection for attacks. This paper proposes a separable reversible data hiding in …

PAPR Reduction for Single Carrier-FDMA using Pilot Sequence Techniques
Abstract: SC-FDMA (Single carrier-Frequency Division Multiple Access) with lower PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) than OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) is an attractive alternative to OFDMA. SC-FDMA also possesses basic advantages of OFDM. The 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) long term evolution (LTE) standard has adopted orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access (OFDMA) in downlink and single carrier frequency division multiple access (SCFDMA) scheme for the uplink transmissions. In this paper, we …
