Study and Analysis on Multi-gate MOSFET Design
Abstract: AbstractMulti-gate MOSFET is the emerging technology that is used in the area of low-power VLSI design. Multi-gate devices provide much better advantages over conventional MOSFET. As less power dissipation, decrease size, and more operational value could be obtained. Multi-gate MOSFET devices also reduce cost of production. Thus, design of electronics devices based on multi-gate technology is beneficial in today’s requirement. Basic MOSFET due to its reduction in size shows short …

Automatic Staircase Lighting
Abstract: AbstractThe automatic staircase lighting system is a lighting control system where the lights are automated according to the presence of people using the staircase. It can be further extended with a user interface on mobile devices. With this project, we will successfully create a system where lighting control will be purely based on human presence and hence eliminating the need for manual switching. This circuit can be used to save …

Electrical Characteristics of Nanoelectronic Double-Heterojunction High Electron Mobility Transistors
Abstract: AbstractIn this work, a maximum drain current of 554 mA is achieved by the simulated structures of double-heterojunction HEMTs using the SILVACO-ATLAS software tool. The drain current is found to be higher at shorter gate length and at larger aluminium mole fraction. The drain current is also higher at larger thickness of AlGaN barrier layer and at larger doping concentration of AlGaN barrier layer. In this work, the formation of 2-DEG …

Operation of isolated DFIG with Modified P&O MPPT Algorithm
Abstract: AbstractThis paper demonstrates validation of modified control algorithm for MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) for Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based WECS (Wind Energy Conversion System). The main objective is maximizing the wind energy by optimizing the losses. MPPT algorithm implementation is done by performing control of duty cycle of DC to DC boost converter. This method establishes effective system for wind energy utilization and reduces rating for control. The …

A Review on Reliability Modeling, Performance and Cost-benefit Analysis of Optical Fiber Network in DCRUST
Abstract: AbstractThis paper includes the survey of optical fiber network layer in the Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) and its reliability modeling aspects to evaluate reliability of that optical fiber network. To find out reliability is important part of a system is important to know its period of working, failure rates and cost benefit analysis. Optical fiber which are buried are significantly more vulnerable to human related …
