Abstract: Objective: The goal of the present study was to formulate and evaluate nanosuspension-based topical delivery system of bifonazole nitrate (BN) or increased saturation solubility and controlled drug release. Methods: BN nanosuspension was prepared by pearl milling technique using zirconium oxide beads as a milling media, poloxamer 407 as a stabilizer and glycerol as wetting agent.
