As a result, private cars are considered the main means of transportation in Baghdad because the lines’ network suffered from incompleteness, deterioration and lack of transportation facilities. The objective of this research deals with the concept of public transportation and sustainable transportation, history of the state company for travelers and delegates transportation, current public transportation management system, preparation of the questionnaire and descriptive analysis.
