THE THICKNESS EFFECT ON TiO 2 THIN FILMS FABRICATED BY USING SOL- GEL DIP COATING METHOD
Abstract: Titanium dioxide films were prepared by sol-gel dip-coating technique onto glass substrates at room temperature. The study focuses on the structural pattern of TiO 2 films which were dominated by the parameters such as the film thickness, pH, annealing temperature and number of dipping layers.
