Diversity and Evenness Measures of Insects Inhabiting Calotropis procera from four Study Areas of North 24 Parganas and Hooghly District of the State West Bengal
Abstract: The α-diversity found at Ichhapore, North 24 Parganas, near site of human interference, is moderate in number (20 different species) compared to other sites on same plant. Here 3 eudominant, 5 dominant, 7 subdominant, 5 recedent and 0 subrecedent species were found. The cause of eudominance of 3 species may be for adaptation for every environment.
