WLAN and UMTS QoS: A Survey
Abstract: Customers want to receive high quality telecommunication services, anytime, anywhere and on any device to use a large variety of applications that include surfing the web, listening to music, etc. QoS (Quality of Service) is the most meaningful evaluation criterion of network services offers to high user’s satisfaction.
