  Abstract: Resistance spot welding (RSW) is a vital technique for joining materials in industries like automotive and aerospace. This study extends the application of RSW to polymer-metal composite sheets by developing 2D axisymmetric, thermo-electro-mechanical coupled model in ANSYS.
