Synthesis and Spectroscopic Studies of 12-Membered Macrocyclic Transition Metal Complexes with Tetradentate Ligand
Abstract: Tetra-aza macrocyclic transition metals complexes of type: [M(C12H4N8)X2]; where, M = Co (II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II); X= Cl-1 , NO3 - , CH3COOhave been synthesized and characterized. On the basis of conductance data; elemental analyses, the character of the complexes have been suggest and it was found that all the complexes have 1:2:2 stoichiometry and are nonelectrolytic in nature. Tentative geometry of the new synthesized macrocyclic complexes had been proposed …

Microbial Profile and Dynamics of Metata ayib
Abstract: Although metata ayib is widely consumed, there is no scientific report about microbial profile, role of microbes and spices during fermentation. The objective of this study is to investigate microbial profile, role of spices and lactic acid bacteria in metata ayib fermentation. Metata ayib was prepared from ayib and different spices. Ayib without spice and sterilized ayib with spices were used as controls. Samples were taken periodically within four days …

Screening of Secondary Metabolites for Estimating Antimicrobial and Antioxidant Potency of Clitoria ternatea (L.)
Abstract: The present study was carried out for the screening of secondary metabolites for estimating the antimicrobial potency of Clitoria ternatea (L.). In this study antimicrobial activity of leaves of Clitoria ternatea were studied by analyzing in different concentrations ranging from 100–500 µg. We observed that at higher concentrations (>300 µg) ethanolic extract of Clitoria ternatea showed certain significant antimicrobial effect. Antimicrobial activities against Escherichia coli, Fusarium verticillioides, Klebsiella sp., Aspergillus …
