Millimeter Wave in Internet of Things Connectivity: A Study
Abstract: The internet of things (IoT) is rapidly evolving, connecting billions of devices and transforming industries. However, this growth is stretching the limitations of traditional wireless communication technologies. Enter millimeter wave (mmWave), a high-frequency band promising to revolutionize IoT connectivity by offering significantly higher bandwidth and lower latency. While still in its early stages of implementation, mmWave is poised to become a cornerstone of the next generation of IoT ecosystems. Millimeter …

Internet of Things Connectivity Using Millimetre Wave: A Study
Abstract: Internet of Things(IoT) is undergoing rapid development, which is connecting millions of devices and causing sectors to undergo transformation. On the other hand, given this increase, the constraints of conventional wireless communication technologies are being stretched to their limits. Millimetre wave, often known as mmWave, is a high-frequency band that has the potential to revolutionise Internet of Things connectivity by providing much higher capacity levels and lower latency levels. Microwave …

Comparison Analysis of Transformer Boosting and Induced Degeneration Topology Design of LNA for Millimeter Wave Frequency Range Using Polymeric Substrates
Abstract: In this study, a comparison between transformer boosting and source degeneration LNA topologies is conducted using two polymeric substrates—Polyimide (PI) and Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP)—for millimeter-wave (mmWave) applications. With growing interest in flexible and high-frequency electronics, polymeric materials offer unique advantages such as low dielectric constants, mechanical flexibility, and thermal stability. The analysis explores gain, return loss, and noise figure performance while evaluating the influence of dielectric properties on the …

A Technical Blueprint for AI-Driven Localization in 6G Mobile Networks
Abstract: The advent of sixth-generation (6G) wireless systems promises unprecedented spatial resolution, ultra-low-latency, and pervasive connectivity, turning mobile localization from a peripheral service into a core enabler of immersive extended reality (XR), autonomous logistics, and digital twins. Yet, the sheer scale of dense terahertz (THz) deployments, the stochastic nature of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS), and the dynamic interference landscape render traditional model-based positioning techniques inadequate. This work investigates how artificial intelligence …
