Universal Immunization Program in India
Abstract: The Universal Immunization Program (UIP) in India, initiated by the Government of India in 1985 and incorporated into the Child Survival and Safe Motherhood Program in 1992, plays a crucial role in enhancing public health through systematic vaccination efforts. This program aims to save lives and strengthen immune systems by administering vaccines and antibiotics. The UIP has spurred the development of various campaigns, including mass media efforts, to promote immunization …

Review on Effect of the Chemical Composition of some Pharmaceutical Vaccines and their Biochemical Efficacy with Chemical Techniques
Abstract: Chemical compounds are fundamental components in the formulation of medicines and vaccines, playing a critical role in ensuring their safety, stability, and effectiveness. Vaccines contain a combination of active and inactive ingredients, including weakened or inactivated viruses or bacteria, toxins, preservatives, stabilizers, adjuvants, antibiotics, and minerals. The active ingredient is an antigen, which stimulates the body's immune system to recognize and defend against specific infectious diseases. Adjuvants, such as aluminum …

The Emergence of Coxsackievirus A16 Associated with HFMD Colloquially Termed ‘Tomato Flu’ in India 2022: A Detailed Virological Inspection
Abstract: As the world battles the COVID-19 pandemic and grapples with a concerning spike in monkeypox cases, India has encountered another viral illness dubbed "Tomato Flu." Tomato Flu is a viral disease caused by coxsackievirus A16, which is a highly infectious illness affecting children under 10 years old.. Enterovirus A71, CV-A16, CVA6, and echoviruses are the causes of what is also referred to as hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD). The …

Vaccines in the Fight Against COVID-19: Mechanisms, Efficacy, and Global Challenges
Abstract: The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has created an unparalleled public health problem, necessitating comprehensive prevention. This page discusses COVID-19's evolution, scientific understanding, and quick vaccine production and implementation. It compares the mechanisms, efficacy, and safety profiles of the four major types of COVID-19 vaccines—namely mRNA, viral vector, protein subunit, and inactivated virus vaccines. Each type is evaluated in terms of how it stimulates the immune response, its effectiveness in preventing infection or …

Vaccines Through Time: Conventional Foundations and Next-Gen Innovations–Part 1
Abstract: Vaccination serves as a critical pillar of global public health, markedly decreasing infection rates and associated mortality. Traditional vaccine platforms such as live attenuated, inactivated, toxoid, and subunit vaccines have demonstrated effectiveness against pathogens like Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Plasmodium spp., yet they are constrained by antigenic variability, limited immune persistence, and complex production processes. Breakthroughs in synthetic biology, structural antigen design, and computational vaccinology have driven the development of advanced …

Development of Zinc Gluconate Vitamin C Effervescent Tablet for Immunity Improvement and Management of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19)
Abstract: The global pandemic of coronavirus disease- 2019 (COVID-19) continues to pose a threat to people, societies, and economic and healthcare systems. COVID-19s progression and lethality are determine by the host immune system, as is the case with many other diseases. revolutionary idea that has been used to treat other diseases is the control of inflammatory response and cytokine production based on immunonutrition. Some COVID-19 clinical trials are now using zinc, …
